Hiring for a Client – MERN Stack Developer
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years
Work Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Work Mode: Initially Work From Office (WFO). After gaining sufficient knowledge and understanding of the work, the role may transition to Remote.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Node.js (Fastify Framework)
- Redis
- React.js with Redux
- MongoDB
- Strong debugging and production support experience
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain backend and frontend applications
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
- Ensure system stability, performance, and minimal downtime
- Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues and bottlenecks
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in production support environments
- Ability to manage critical issues and work effectively under pressure
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
