Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary: We are looking for a goal-oriented and articulate Telecaller to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating leads, explaining our products/services, and driving sales. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive phone presence, and the resilience to handle rejections professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential customers using a provided database or lead list to promote products or services.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and qualify leads for the senior sales team.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings to answer customer questions, handle objections, and pitch effectively.
- CRM Management: Accurately record details of calls, customer feedback, and sales follow-ups in the CRM database.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call volume, talk time, and conversion rates.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls with warm leads to move them further down the sales funnel.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Customer Service Agent (experience in [Insert Industry, e.g., EdTech, Real Estate, Finance] is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi].
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong ability to pitch value propositions and handle customer objections smoothly.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and basic MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Attributes: High energy, persistence, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under target pressure.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
