Responsibilities
- Own client relationships end to end: onboarding, reporting, strategic recommendations
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google performance marketing campaigns
- Build campaign strategy tied to client revenue outcomes, not vanity metrics
- Handle client communication across WhatsApp, email, and review calls professionally and proactively
- Use AI tools to speed up reporting, ad copy variations, and first-draft client communication
- Coordinate with design and video editing team members to keep creative aligned with strategy
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insights
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or client servicing at an agency
- Real, demonstrable fluency with AI tools in daily workflow (not just resume buzzwords)
- Ability to read and interpret Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads dashboards and explain performance clearly
- Strong, no-fluff written communication skills
- Comfortable owning outcomes independently, without needing daily direction
Good to have
- Experience across multiple verticals (real estate, hospitality, D2C)
- Familiarity with lead gen campaigns and CRM/lead nurturing tools
- Prior experience presenting directly to clients
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹336,000.00 per year
