Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Chemistry educator with a proven track record of mentoring students for JEE Advanced. The candidate should possess exceptional subject expertise and be capable of teaching advanced-level concepts, developing challenging problem-solving approaches, and preparing students for top IIT ranks.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach JEE Advanced Chemistry with in-depth conceptual clarity.
- Cover Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry at Advanced level.
- Develop advanced-level classroom content, DPPs, worksheets, assignments, and test papers.
- Conduct problem-solving sessions focused on multi-concept and high-difficulty questions.
- Analyze previous years' JEE Advanced papers and incorporate trends into teaching.
- Prepare students for Olympiads, KVPY/IOQ (preferred), and other competitive examinations.
- Conduct regular revision classes, doubt sessions, and performance analysis.
- Mentor students individually and create personalized improvement plans.
- Track student progress and communicate academic feedback to the management.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum quality and student outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of dedicated JEE Advanced teaching experience.
- Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts through multiple approaches.
Preferred Profile
- Experience at reputed IIT-JEE coaching institutes.
- Strong expertise in advanced problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to create original, high-quality JEE Advanced questions.
- Experience mentoring high-performing students aiming for top IITs.
- Passion for continuous learning and academic excellence.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
