Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Caller to handle course enquiries, follow up with leads, and support admissions for our Recruitment Admissions programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on fresh leads from website & social media
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and career scope
- Convert enquiries into campus visits and admissions
- Maintain daily call reports and update lead tracking sheets
- Coordinate with Front Desk & Academic Team for admissions
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident speaking ability and persuasive skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp)
- Target-oriented and disciplined in follow-ups
