Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Interior CAD Fit-Out Draftsman with proven experience in UAE fit-out contracting projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience preparing detailed shop drawings, joinery drawings, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, partition details, and construction drawings for interior fit-out projects. Candidates must be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed interior fit-out shop drawings and construction drawings.
- Develop joinery, millwork, partition, reflected ceiling plan (RCP), flooring, and finishing details.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Prepare as-built drawings and site revisions.
- Review design drawings and convert them into construction-ready drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with UAE project requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and material coordination when required.
- Maintain drawing registers and document control procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out Contracting Companies.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience in preparing detailed fit-out and joinery shop drawings.
- Knowledge of UAE fit-out construction standards and site practices.
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Immediate availability is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, office, and residential fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting/modeling software is an advantage.
- Experience working with leading UAE fit-out contractors.
