Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR cum Business Development Manager to independently manage branch operations, handle staff, and drive business growth through sales, e-commerce, and lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations and supervise staff.
- Handle recruitment, employee coordination, and HR activities.
- Generate quality leads from various online platforms and marketplaces.
- Manage and maintain product listings on e-commerce and B2B platforms.
- Handle lead generation, inquiry management, and customer follow-ups.
- Drive sales and business development activities.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain client relationships.Requirements
- Experience in HR, team management, or business development.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, e-commerce, and lead generation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Experience:0 To 5 Years Preferred
Salary: As per experience and performance.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹54,471.50 per month
