Job Title: Associate Director – IT Infra Support Lead

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced leader to own and scale internal IT infrastructure support and workplace technology operations. This role is accountable for the operating model, service quality, and outcomes across end-user computing, office IT, collaboration platforms, and L1/L2 infrastructure support, with execution delivered through well-defined teams.
This is a leadership role focused on direction-setting, team enablement, and dependable IT operations at scale.
Key Responsibilities
L1/L2 Infrastructure Support & ITSM

Own the L1/L2 support model, including coverage, SLAs, escalation paths, and service quality.

Lead teams supporting end-user devices, office IT, networking, email, and collaboration tools.

Establish and run ITSM practices for incident, problem, and change management.

Drive root cause analysis and recurring issue reduction through data and trends.
End-User Computing & Workplace IT
-
Lead teams responsible for laptop provisioning, asset lifecycle, and workplace IT readiness.

Own operating standards for office IT, including networking, conference rooms, and AV setups.

Ensure consistent onboarding and offboarding experiences through defined processes.
Microsoft /Google & Collaboration Platforms

Own the operational health and administration model for Microsoft 365/Google

Ensure effective L1/L2 support for collaboration and productivity tools.

Promote best practices to improve reliability and user productivity.
Systems Administration
- Provide leadership oversight for Windows/macOS systems, directory services, and endpoint management with Intune

Ensure systems are well-documented, stable, and consistently operated, with execution owned by teams.
Support audits related to IT operations and access controls.

Team Leadership & Service Excellence

Lead, coach, and develop IT infrastructure engineers, system administrators, and L1/L2 support teams.

Build a service-oriented culture with clear ownership and accountability.

Track and improve key metrics such as SLA adherence, MTTR, ticket trends, and user satisfaction.
Vendor & Cost Management

Own governance of IT vendors, MSPs, and service providers.

Manage renewals, assets, vendor performance, and cost optimization initiatives.

Ensure vendors meet agreed service and operating standards.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

14+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure support and workplace IT, with people leadership responsibility.

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Google administration
- Experience in handling tools like Intune, GlobalProtect, Crowdstrike
-
Experience in handline policy administration via Intune, GlobalProtect, Microsoft Entra
-
Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and run ITSM-driven L1/L2 operations at scale.
Preferred Skills

Understanding of enterprise infrastructure setups, cloud operating models, and security fundamentals, sufficient to collaborate effectively with infrastructure and security teams.

Working knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices.

Strong stakeholder communication and operational leadership skills.
