We're adding two Motion Designers to ship microlearning videos, NHIP long-form, and launch content in parallel, at pace. Key responsibilities
- Storyboard to screen. Turn approved scripts and storyboards into finished video motion graphics, kinetic typography, explainer animation, and clean edits.
- Design for localisation.
- Edit and composite. Cut shoot-based footage and composite branded overlays in post keeping brand and character consistency intact.
- AI-generated assets. Integrate outputs from the Ai tools.
Must have
- ~2 years in motion design (agency, in-house studio, or content/edtech team).
- After Effects + Premiere Pro; solid 2D motion graphics and typography.
- A reel showing explainer/edited video; clean, on-brand output under deadlines.
- Comfort producing multiple language versions of the same asset.Hands-on with AI video/image tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Sora, or similar) and compositing.
- Sound design / Audio mixing; illustration or design skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
