Mahagun Group is looking for an experienced Interior Draftsman with 5+ years of relevant experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in high-rise residential interior projects and be proficient in preparing detailed drawings for execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed interior working drawings for high-rise residential projects.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, furniture layouts, and detailed joinery drawings.
- Prepare detailed drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, wall paneling, flooring, and other interior elements.
- Translate interior design concepts into accurate and execution-ready drawings.
- Coordinate interior drawings with architectural, structural, MEP, and other services drawings.
- Review drawings and incorporate design changes as required.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare drawings based on actual site conditions.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and aligned with project specifications and standards.
- Assist in preparing material schedules, BOQs, and documentation wherever required.
- Maintain proper records and revisions of drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / relevant qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, or Drafting.
- 5+ years of relevant experience as an Interior Draftsman.
- Mandatory: Experience working on high-rise residential interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction details and execution practices.
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong understanding of furniture, joinery, ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, and other interior details.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work with project/site teams and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Candidates who have worked on large-scale high-rise residential projects, luxury apartments, or reputed real estate/construction companies will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
