Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives (TMA) to support our Used Car Sales team. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer databases.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads for used car sales
- Provide vehicle details, offers, and promotions to customers
- Schedule test drives and customer visits
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status
- Support Sales team in achieving monthly targets
Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Freshers welcome)
- Good communication skills in English & local language
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales/telecalling experience preferred
