Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Attend customer calls and register service requests.
- Coordinate with Service Engineers and assign service calls.
- Follow up on service status and customer queries.
- Maintain service records and reports.
- Provide excellent customer support.
- No Sales or Marketing Work.
Required Skills:
- Communication in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada.
- Tamil & English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good customer handling and coordination skills.
