We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, generate leads, explain products/services, and schedule follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products/services and address customer queries.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain call records and follow-up with interested prospects.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
