We are looking for a highly skilled Senior BI Engineer with 6+ years of experience in business intelligence and data engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with Apache Superset or Holistics, strong dashboard development skills, and solid experience working with Amazon Redshift and Python. This role requires the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights, design scalable data solutions, and mentor junior team members.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Apache Superset / Holistics.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries on Amazon Redshift.

Build scalable data models and ETL/ELT pipelines.

Partner with Data Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.

Perform data validation, performance tuning, and query optimization.

Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and pipelines.

Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BI engineers.

6+ years of experience in a BI role.

Hands-on experience with Apache Superset or Holistics.

Strong expertise in dashboard development and data visualization best practices.

Solid working knowledge of Amazon Redshift.

Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, joins, CTEs, window functions).

Experience with Python for data processing and scripting.

Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

Proven experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development.
