- Manage end-to-end hospitality projects, including new outlet openings, renovations, and refurbishments.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct site visits and provide regular project status updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and brand standards.
- Manage procurement of project-related materials and equipment.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions as required.
- Coordinate with operations, HR, IT, and finance teams for smooth project handover.
- Ensure all documentation, approvals, and project reports are maintained accurately.
