About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate who can be the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, guiding them with product-related queries, and ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.

Your Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and understand their questions or concerns.
- Guide customers regarding product usage, features, and basic processes.
- Manage incoming customer requests and provide suitable resolutions.
- Escalate technical or complex concerns to the appropriate team.
- Keep track of open customer issues and follow up until closure.
- Update customer information and interaction details in the support system.
- Identify common customer concerns and communicate useful feedback to the team.
- Maintain professional communication while handling different types of customer situations.
What We Expect
- 0–4 years of experience in customer service, customer support, BPO, telecalling, or related roles.
- Freshers can apply.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and other support channels.
- Ability to understand problems and provide logical solutions.
- Patient, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with support/CRM tools.
- Willingness to learn new products and processes.
- Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.
