Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Onsite Customer Support Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for the following:
- Computer Hardware & Peripherals
- Networking (LAN/WAN, Router, Switch, Wi-Fi)
- CCTV Camera Installation & Troubleshooting
- Biometric / Time Attendance Systems
- Software & Device Configuration
- Onsite Customer Technical Support
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage customer relationships professionally
- Must complete assigned work within timelines
- Good communication and technical support skills
- Two-wheeler preferred
