Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer refund requests accurately and within timelines.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Maintain refund documentation and records.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding refund status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good documentation and coordination skills.
- Experience in customer support, finance operations, or refunds will be an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
