Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to transform interior spaces into functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environments. You will be responsible for managing projects from initial concept through to execution, ensuring that every design reflects our client's needs while adhering to budget and building codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualization: Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts that align with client goals.
- Technical Drafting: Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using software like AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, or SketchUp.
- Sourcing & Selection: Curate and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), lighting, flooring, and color palettes.
- Project Management: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately and on schedule.
- Client Management: Present design proposals to clients and act as the primary point of contact for revisions and feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs meet safety standards, building codes, and ADA requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineer or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max and 3D modeling software (e.g., V-Ray or Lumion).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of textiles, materials, color theory, and lighting.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio: A professional portfolio demonstrating creative versatility and technical accuracy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
