Job Description :
An Architect is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring they are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and layouts based on client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Understanding of sustainability and green building practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
Work Environment
- Office-based design work + frequent site visits whenever required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
