We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Manager to join our hospital management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth inventory control across multiple clinical and support departments.
- Manage and monitor inventory of medical and non-medical supplies across the hospital
- Maintain stock levels for OT (Operation Theatre) consumables and surgical items
- Ensure timely availability and tracking of Cath Lab equipment, consumables, and disposables
- Supervise and control Pharmacy inventory, including inward, outward, and expiry management
- Conduct regular ward rounds to assess consumption and requirements
- Coordinate with nursing staff, OT in-charges, and pharmacy team for stock reconciliation
- Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations through proper forecasting
- Maintain accurate documentation in HIS/ERP system
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Hospital Administration / Commerce or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospital inventory management
- Strong knowledge of OT, Cath Lab, and Pharmacy supply systems
- Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills

- Ability to handle pressure and multiple departments simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
