About the Role
Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for a Marketing Trainee to support the company's marketing and branding initiatives through office-based activities. The role focuses on promoting research and technical services, assisting with campaign execution, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to generate business opportunities and strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- MBA/BBA with a specialization in Marketing or a related field (Preferred)
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and customer engagement
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop promotional ideas
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Canva or basic marketing tools is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing office-based marketing campaigns.
- Prepare promotional content and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support lead generation through digital and internal marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to improve customer outreach.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand awareness and marketing effectiveness.
Compensation
CTC: ₹1.44 – ₹2.40 LPA (equivalent to ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month). The salary package will be determined based on the candidate's communication skills, marketing knowledge, and interview performance. Candidates demonstrating exceptional skills and potential may be offered a higher package through negotiation during the final interview round.
