Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001
Design and oversee inspection protocols and testing procedures for raw materials, in-process assemblies, and final products.
Investigate non-conformances using structured problem-solving frameworks (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D) to uncover the source of defects.
Conduct internal process audits and ensure the workplace complies with safety regulations and industry-specific requirements
Partner with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to build quality into New Product Introductions (NPI) and address vendor quality issues.
Ability to interpret data, evaluate process capability, and use statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, SPC)
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, understanding GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and operating testing/calibration equipment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
