As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, managing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. You will also be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of application development, ensuring that best practices are followed, and addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality applications that meet user needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Experience with stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with application changes.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
