Job Title: Echo GTM Leader

Role overview
Owns end-to-end go-to-market for Echo, AX's conversational BI product. Echo is a natural-language-to-SQL platform with SAP and enterprise BI focus, deployed on cloud or on-premise (H100-class infrastructure) for compliance-sensitive customers. The role spans demand generation through customer success.
Core responsibilities
- Demand generation: positioning, marketing, content, partnerships, and outbound motion
- Sales: pipeline management, pricing, commercial negotiation, and deal closure
- Pre-sales: discovery, demo, POC scoping, and technical solutioning in partnership with engineering
- POC-to-production conversion: managing the journey from initial pilot through production deployment
- Customer success and expansion across existing accounts
- Build-out of the GTM team across BDR, pre-sales, and customer success functions as scale demands
Required experience
- 5+ years in enterprise software sales or GTM, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience selling data, analytics, or BI products to enterprise buyers (CDO, CIO, CFO)
- Track record of carrying and delivering $1M+ ARR targets in product GTM
- Comfort with enterprise sales cycles involving security, compliance, and data governance reviews
Preferred experience
- Background with a data, BI, AI or analytics SaaS vendor (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, ThoughtSpot, MicroStrategy)
- Familiarity with SAP ecosystems, particularly BW, HANA, or S/4
- Experience with on-premise and air-gapped deployment commercial models
- Network in banking, healthcare, or government verticals
