Job Overview
Applexa Infotech OPC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Agents to join our growing U.S. Commercial Trucking Insurance team. In this office-based role, you will connect with trucking companies and owner-operators across the United States, helping them secure the right insurance solutions while building long-term client relationships.
We're looking for professionals with proven U.S. sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a confident, customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to U.S. trucking companies and owner-operators.
- Introduce and explain commercial trucking insurance products and coverage options.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in U.S. outbound sales or telesales is required.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional communication style.
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales.
- Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with U.S.-based clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Available to work full-time from our Mohali office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling U.S. Commercial Trucking Insurance.
- Knowledge of the U.S. trucking and transportation industry.
- Experience using CRM software or working in a call center environment.
