Position Overview
We are looking for a Production & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day manufacturing and packaging of our products. This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a young company.
This is more than just a factory job. As an early team member, you will have the opportunity to learn different aspects of beverage production, packaging, inventory management, and operations. We value initiative and are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and actively contributes to improving processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Support
- Assist in preparing ingredients and production batches.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) during manufacturing.
- Help operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the production process.
Packaging & Labelling
- Fill, cap, label, and pack finished products.
- Inspect bottles, labels, and packaging for quality issues.
- Prepare products for storage and dispatch.
Inventory & Material Handling
- Organize raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Assist with stock counting and inventory management.
- Receive and store incoming materials properly.
Plant Maintenance & Housekeeping
- Clean equipment, workstations, and production areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
- Report equipment issues or maintenance requirements.
Continuous Improvement
- Suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Take initiative in solving day-to-day operational challenges.
- Support additional tasks as the company grows.
