We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong proficiency in SketchUp and rendering software. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling client meetings independently, understanding project requirements, and translating concepts into functional and aesthetically compelling interior spaces.
This role requires both creative design ability and practical execution skills, including coordination, presentations, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and site conditions
- Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp
- Produce high-quality renderings using any professional rendering engine (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5, etc.)
- Prepare mood boards, material boards, and design presentations
- Conduct client meetings and present design proposals confidently
- Understand client needs and convert them into workable design solutions
- Prepare working drawings and coordinate with vendors/site teams
- Ensure designs meet budget, functionality, and aesthetic expectations
- Modify designs based on client feedback
- Support project execution and ensure design intent is maintained.
