Job Summary
Singhal Power Press is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and implementing HR policies to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, PT, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee performance appraisal and performance improvement plans.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Organize training and development programs.
- Monitor employee discipline and implement company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly compliance reports.
- Manage exit formalities, full & final settlements, and employee retention initiatives.
- Conduct HR audits and ensure legal compliance.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

- PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus & Gratuity compliance.
- Performance Management System (PMS).
