About The role:
Experienced operations and partnership professional with a strong background in program execution, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and process improvement across education-focused and high-volume operational environments. The candidate has managed large partner ecosystems, supported compliance and documentation workflows, improved turnaround time through automation, and driven reporting visibility for leadership teams.
Role Objective
Support the planning and execution of government or institutional partnership programs by coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, ensuring compliance, and improving operational efficiency through structured reporting and workflow optimization.

Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, institutional partners, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of partnership-driven programs.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, contract mapping, compliance tracking, and issue resolution across operational workflows.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline movement, program progress, partner updates, and review metrics for stakeholders and leadership.
- Support review meetings, training sessions, and communication loops between field teams, central operations, finance, and leadership.
- Improve operational efficiency by implementing dashboards, CRM workflows, AI-based reporting, and process automation.
- Track lead performance, cost optimization, revenue-linked metrics, and audit readiness where partnership programs involve financial controls.
