We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Delivery Head to lead our Banking and Financial Services (BFS) vertical. The ideal candidate will have over 25 years of rich experience in IT services delivery, client management, and operations in BFS domains, with a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering innovation. This role demands a strong leader with the ability to manage large, complex engagements across geographies and drive business transformation for clients.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Define and drive the delivery strategy for the BFS vertical aligned with organizational goals.
- Work closely with senior leadership and clients to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Enable digital transformation initiatives across banking clients.
- Delivery Management:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of programs and large accounts across core banking, digital banking, payments, lending, risk, and compliance solutions.
- Ensure on-time, quality delivery with optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.
- Set up and govern delivery frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders in client organizations.
- Drive business value through innovation, efficiency, and strategic alignment of IT services with client goals.
- Identify opportunities for account mining and upselling.
- People Leadership:
- Build, lead, and mentor large high-performing global teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Lead talent development, succession planning, and competency building.
- Financial Management:
- Own the P&L for BFS delivery, drive profitability, revenue growth, and margin improvement.
- Forecast and manage budgets, delivery costs, and project economics.
