About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operational activities and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, HRMS, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database management.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and labour laws.
- Coordinate with consultants/vendors for payroll and compliance activities.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and MIS.
Employee Engagement
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and benefits.
- Organize employee engagement activities, birthday celebrations, and company events.
- Support performance management and employee grievance handling.
HRMS & Documentation
- Manage HRMS and maintain accurate employee records.
- Generate reports related to headcount, attrition, attendance, and payroll.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records.
Recruitment Support
- Assist the recruitment team in onboarding and documentation.
- Coordinate background verification and induction processes.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HR Operations and Labour Laws.
- Experience in Payroll Management and Statutory Compliance.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory regulations.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Fintech, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Sales-oriented organizations will be preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
