- Job Title: DT- Legal
- Location: BKC Mumbai- (5 days week)
- Qualification: LLB, LLM
- Experience:3 -6 years
- Legal professional with 3+ years of experience in debenture trustee transactions, specializing in drafting, vetting, and regulatory compliance.
- Drafting of debenture documents: IM, GID, KID, Debenture Trust Deed, Trustee Agreement, and security documents
- Strong knowledge of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations (DT, LODR, NCS), Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI circulars
- Expertise in document vetting and providing legal inputs
- Advising corporates on regulatory compliance
- Handling ROC & CERSAI filings and approvals
- Managing debenture transaction timelines and process flow
- Coordinating with clients and legal counsels
- Processing Due Diligence Certificates (DDC)
- Knowledge of SARFAESI Act, 2002, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and MCA filings
