Business Development Executive – Nursing Liaisoning

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with nursing colleges, institutes, and healthcare organizations.
- Coordinate with nursing candidates regarding overseas education and career opportunities.
- Conduct seminars, presentations, and counselling sessions in nursing institutes.
- Generate leads through field visits, outreach activities, and institutional tie-ups.
- Follow up with interested candidates and guide them through the application process.
- Collaborate with internal teams for admissions, documentation, and onboarding support.
- Maintain records of meetings, leads, and conversion status.
- Achieve monthly targets related to student onboarding and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in business development, counselling, or liaisoning preferred.
- Comfortable with field work and institutional visits.
- Basic knowledge of nursing education or healthcare sector is an advantage.
