Sylcon Shoes is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee civil construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site supervision skills, be able to manage labour and contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors.
Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
Maintain daily site progress reports.
Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely project completion.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor.
Knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Willing to travel across Kerala as required.
