About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support our e-commerce and digital operations. The role involves working on product listings, AI-based media generation, product content creation, inventory coordination and overall backend support for online sales platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings for e-commerce platforms
- Generate product images and videos using AI tools
- Support media generation for product promotions, reels and online campaigns
- Create product-based content including titles, descriptions, captions and presentation points
- Assist in e-commerce content creation for website, marketplace and social media use
- Coordinate with the team to ensure product details, images, prices and descriptions are updated correctly
- Support inventory management and keep track of product availability
- Help organize product data, SKU details and stock updates
- Assist in preparing content and media based on new product launches
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across product listings and digital assets
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and product listing
- Interest in AI tools for image, video and content creation
- Good attention to detail
- Basic writing skills for product descriptions and captions
- Ability to organize data and manage product information
- Basic knowledge of Canva, AI image/video tools or editing apps will be an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and work with a fast-moving team
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, creative and comfortable using digital tools. They should have an interest in e-commerce operations, product presentation, AI-based content creation and inventory coordination.
