Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management within IT service frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Ability to work with various ITSM modules and customize workflows to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams and end users.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
