Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The intern will assist with a range of HR tasks including:
- Maintaining employee records
- Supporting HR management systems (HRIS)
- Assisting with recruitment pipelines and talent onboarding
- Supporting training and development initiatives
- Providing support for driving employee experience
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR management principles
- Experience or familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRIS)
- Understanding of recruitment processes and talent onboarding
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in using technology and HR software tools
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior internship or academic project experience in HR is a plus
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
