Designation: Design Coordinator (Draftsman)
Location: Mumbai
We are looking for a Design Coordinator (Draftsman) to join our Projects team for hotel construction projects. The role involves preparing architectural, interior, municipal submission, and working (GFC) drawings while coordinating with architects, MEP, structural consultants, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural, interior, municipal submission, and working (GFC) drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP, structural consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project standards.
- Maintain drawing revisions, project documentation, and as-built drawings.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or hotel projects preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, SketchUp, Revit/BIM (preferred), and Photoshop.
- Strong drafting, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
