Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Civil Engineer to support planning, design, execution, and maintenance of construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing civil engineering projects
- Prepare drawings, layouts, estimates, and technical reports
- Support site inspections and monitor construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and consultants
- Conduct quantity surveying and material estimation
- Review project specifications and BOQs
- Help maintain project documentation and progress reports
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues
- Monitor project timelines and resource utilization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and civil engineering software
- Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and site execution
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of STAAD Pro, Revit, Primavera, or ETABS
- Exposure to commercial projects
- Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards

Pay: ₹10,850.36 - ₹30,000.00 per month
