We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch In-Charge to manage our dispatch and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of goods, optimize delivery routes, and lead our dispatch and warehouse teams
- Dispatch Operations: Oversee daily dispatch activities, including routing, scheduling, and assigning workloads to drivers or delivery personnel.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate inward and outward inventory processes, ensure proper stock documentation, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise dispatch and packing staff. Manage shift schedules, performance evaluations, and attendance.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all outbound shipments and warehouse activities comply with company health and safety policies and legal regulations.
- Issue Resolution: Handle contingencies and delays, adjusting schedules on the fly to meet customer expectations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Utilize inventory and dispatch systems to generate performance reports, track shipping timelines, and manage invoicing or E-way bills.
Pay: ₹11,109.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month
