About Position:
This role focuses on leading and executing QA activities across data analytics, SQL validation, Snowflake testing, and healthcare domain workflows. You will drive end-to-end test processes, lead offshore QA teams, support large data programs, perform deep data validation, and ensure test coverage for complex healthcare processes such as claims and EDI transactions. The role includes test planning, strategy creation, automation support using Python, coordination with onshore/offshore teams, and quality governance across multiple platforms, including Snowflake, SQL-based systems, and healthcare data environments.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and guide QA teams, including offshore resources, across enterprise testing programs
- Create detailed test plans, test strategies, and module-level documentation
- Perform strong SQL-based data validation, reconciliation, and defect analysis
- Conduct QA activities for Snowflake-based data pipelines and analytics workflows
- Support test automation using AccelQ or similar tools
- Develop basic Python scripts for automated test case execution
- Execute end-to-end healthcare domain testing, especially claims workflows
- Manage test execution and defects using tools such as Jira or Rally
- Coordinate daily with onshore and offshore teams for alignment and delivery
- Support data migration, batch processing, and parallel testing activities
- Validate EDI transactions such as 837 and 834 (if applicable)
- Work with GitHub for version control of test artifacts and automation scripts
- Support vendor or COTS platform testing and integration
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 6+ years of QA/testing experience with at least 2+ years as a Test Lead
- Proven ability managing offshore QA teams in large enterprise programs
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools like AccelQ
- Strong SQL skills for data QA, validation, and reconciliation
- Experience testing Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- Strong healthcare domain knowledge, especially claims processing
- Experience with Jira or Rally for test and defect management
- Excellent communication and coordination capabilities
- Knowledge of EDI (837/834) transactions
- Experience with large migration or platform consolidation projects
- Exposure to parallel testing, batch testing, and data migration workflows
- Experience working with vendors or COTS platforms
- Basic Python skills for test automation
- Understanding of GitHub for version control
