- Guest Services: Handle check-ins/outs, room assignments, and guest requests.
- Operations: Manage the Property Management System (PMS) and coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness.
- Financials: Process payments, manage guest folios, and maintain accurate cash/credit records.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Language: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a significant advantage
- Grooming: Maintaining a neat, professional appearance in accordance with hotel brand standards
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
