### Role Overview
We are looking for an **HR Recruiter** who can drive end-to-end talent acquisition and build a strong talent pipeline to support our growing organization.
### Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management & onboarding support.
✅ Handle hiring across multiple functions including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, HR, and Operations.
✅ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
✅ Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality closures.
✅ Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
✅ Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive hiring experience.
### What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and close positions within timelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and hiring tools
**Good to Have:**
- Experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Retail, or related industries
- Exposure to bulk hiring, niche hiring & campus recruitment
