- Contact customers before their insurance policy expiry date through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Explain available insurance renewal options, premiums, and policy benefits.
- Prepare and share insurance renewal quotations from multiple insurance companies.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain competitive premium rates.
- Follow up with customers regularly to maximize renewal conversions.
- Generate and achieve monthly insurance renewal targets.
- Collect required documents and ensure accurate policy issuance.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment confirmation.
- Ensure timely policy issuance and delivery to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/DMS system.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Cross-sell insurance add-ons and related products whenever applicable.
- Track policy expiry reports and maintain daily follow-up status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly renewal performance reports.
- Coordinate with service advisors and sales teams to generate renewal leads.
- Build long-term customer relationships to improve customer retention.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
