Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business development, build strong referral networks, and expand the hospital’s reach in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase patient footfall and brand visibility
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, corporates, and community groups
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, health camps, and events
- Track leads, conversions, and prepare regular performance reports
- Represent Rosewood in networking events and local associations
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Management
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing/business development (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and presentable personality
- Knowledge of local market and healthcare ecosystem is an advantage
