1. Branch Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor client counseling, documentation, and visa filing processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
- Maintain high service quality and client satisfaction levels.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase admissions, visa applications, and conversions.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and local market trends.
3. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise counselors, visa filing officers, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training.
- Set individual and team KPIs and ensure target achievement.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Guide clients regarding immigration pathways, visa requirements, and documentation.
- Maintain excellent client service standards throughout the application process.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all applications are processed accurately and in compliance with immigration regulations.
- Monitor document verification and quality control procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and records.
6. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and submit branch performance reports to management.
- Monitor branch expenses and optimize operational efficiency.
- Maintain MIS reports, sales data, and branch records.
- Coordinate with head office and other departments for operational support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Immigration, Study Abroad, Visa Consulting, or Overseas Education.
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong understanding of immigration and visa processes.
