Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager / CMO to lead our marketing initiatives in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in branding, patient acquisition, and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record in healthcare or clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive patient growth
- Lead brand positioning and awareness campaigns
- Manage digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, paid campaigns)
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities (events, camps, partnerships)
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and patient behavior
- Handle marketing budgets and ROI optimization
- Collaborate with doctors, operations, and sales teams
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–15 years of marketing experience, with mandatory healthcare experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
- Experience in hospital, clinic, or aesthetic industry preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and brand visibility
