Job description
Train students in verbal aptitude and communication skills for competitive exams (CAT, GRE, etc.) and campus placements, covering vocabulary, grammar, sentence correction, reading comprehension, critical reasoning, and verbal analogies.
Training Delivery: Conduct interactive in-person or online classes on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency, Interview Puzzles and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
Content Development: Create, update, and improve curriculum materials, including lecture notes, formula sheets, practice questions, and mock test papers.
Student Assessment: Conduct regular assessments and mock tests, analysing performance data to provide individual feedback and improve student scores.
Mentorship: Mentor students on time-management techniques, test-taking strategies, and career opportunities.
Placement Preparation: Align training content with current industry trends and specific company recruitment patterns.
