Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Freelance PMP (Project Management Professional) Trainer to deliver instructor-led training sessions for students and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging PMP training sessions in offline classroom mode.
- Explain PMP concepts, project management frameworks, and best practices.
- Guide participants in PMP exam preparation.
- Conduct practical exercises, case studies, and mock tests.
- Address participant queries and provide mentorship throughout the training.
- Share study materials and recommend preparation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience delivering PMP training.
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and Project Management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience training college students or corporate professionals.
- Strong classroom management and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts with real-world examples.
